FOOD…

I almost forgot to show you guys the YUMMY cake I baked for the 4th of July!!!  It certainly wasn’t anything fancy… but who doesn’t enjoy a slice of good old fashioned Yellow Cake.. with chocolate frosting!?  I know that it’s my brother’s ABSOLUTE favorite… Anyway,  I’m a MAJOR fan of cake baking and of course eating, and I try to participate in both activities at least once a week!  I’m serious….
